Say if I quit the computer, TV and any other type of electronic screen how long will it take for these dark circles under my eyes to disappear? I started 2 days ago I allow myself on it once a day for 1 task.
I'm hoping it will improve my sleep, stop the eye strain I get, wrist pain and even mood swings.

Immediate effects of withdrawl last around 1-2 weeks. Sleeping is important then, get all you can. 3-4 weeks out, bages will disappear. Keep staying off games and a normal sleep patten will be restored at week 32. Sounds harsh, but remember you are consciously rewiring your brain from gamer to recovering gamer. Me? I'm close to 16 mos "outgame" and I feel terrific. Most days, dony even think once about gaming. Its possible, but my real advice is take it "one day at a time". See you at a meeting!

The eye strain will abate as you get more natural light and less screen time. The wrist strain too, as you are on a mouse less (I still get pain in my shoulder, too).
I'm pretty sure my moods have stabilized too, both because I'm not focused on my next gaming session and how to get there, and also because I'm more thoughtful and aware of myself in the space that's opened up.
The beginning IS HARD, hang in there, it DOES get better.

Very good step that you see it. It does get easier, and you'll be amazed by the additional depth you will see as you are further out.

#1 I do not get a lot of sleep #2 I have dark circles and I always have (thank you genetics) but [content removed] in less than 2 weeks not only depuff my eyes, they have faded my dark circles quite a lot.
