I am in the Seattle area. My son has been addicted to online games. He is currently working with an addiction counselor who has more experience with other kinds of addictions, but who is willing to consider gaming as an addiction as well. You may private message me or share ideas through this forum. I am not sure of the process for setting up an in-person olganon support group. I do not feel experienced enough to lead one, but would be open to the idea of attending when possible and gaining experience if someone knowledgeable about the process were willing to take the lead initially.
I am in Olympia, about 1 1/2 hours from Seattle. Not ideal for an ongoing meeting, but I do get to Seattle quite often. My stepson is an addicted gamer. Please feel free to PM me.

I have enough 12 step experience to lead a meeting and can probably find a location. Would love to find people to have a meeting with. Let me know!
