Nice video. Why is it everthing worthwhile has to be simple but not easy. I'd take the opposite any day.
Yes I get that! My fine intellect and education was absolutely no use to me in dealing with my addiction. In fact it was a hindrance.

This is great, when I decided to quit gaming the first thing I did was look up "Gaming addiction" on youtube, having this guide on there will be impactfull I believe.
Maybe you should add some more Tags to it though so its easier to find for someone who's not on this website.
