Good list. Sorry I missed the meeting. I got busy doing something and when I looked up at the clock again it was 9:00. My husband just showed me how to program the calendar on my computer. Maybe that will help me remember.

I think I have almost all of these. Dr. Doan's was the first I read and I do believe is how I found out about OLGA.
