Welcome Jan! You're not alone. There is a meeting every day at 7:30pm Central Europe Time, usually with 4-10 people.
It's normal to go through some tough withdrawals in the first few weeks. Low energy, low motivation, wacky sleep schedule, irritability, negative thinking, and extremely strong urges to game are all normal. It gets better with time. Hang in there.
Hi,
thank you for the comforting words. They help
how can i join the european meeting?
best regards
jan

I guess once you have downloaded and set it up it's just a case of connecting at the appropriate time for the meeting. Ritchie may be able to advise further.

It starts out very simple: keep coming back.
Then we go looking for someone who can help us with his experience, strength and hope; A sponsor.
Once we have found a sponsor, he can explain us how the steps work. They're really simple.
A simple program for difficult people.
When we take the steps, we learn how it works. Real simple.
Simplicity is key, because our addicts thrive on complicated.
The steps are numbered, that's because you work them one at a time in that order, just for today.
Today is the most important day. Yesterday is history and tomorrow doesn't exist yet. Today is where everything is happening.
Today we have a choice: do we choose recovery or do we choose to feed the addict?
I read the following from your posts:
- I will be lonely soon.
- I will loose everything I care for.
First off: it's a good idea to practice gratitude, it'll keep us in the moment and force us to look at what is good in our situation now as opposed to looking what's bad in our situation.
Second, we all have our own lives. That someone happens to choose to share his or her life with us, is entirely up to that other person. Our happiness is not dependant on the amount of others in our lives and most certainly not on specific persons.
However, what is important to us is how much of value we are. The newcomers remind us where we came from and those longer in recovery can give the newcomer hope.
In that way we all have experience, strength and hope.
Welcome, New_Life. Keep coming back, no matter what
welcome jan, hope to see around in the meetings. Hang in there
