Tired of holding onto hope

MY S.O. is completely addicted to the games. Overwatch is her game of choice.  She plays 50 or more hours a week.  She will watch games on her phone and on youtube when she isn't playing.     I keep holding on for hope, as in I think she might wake up and realize what she is doing to her family.  It's been nearly 6 months of holding out for hope and I am tired of waiting.  I have been taking care of myself the best way I know how.  I feel like I am holding on for dear life, but I doubt she will change and I think her gaming has increased.  I am sure her on line relationships are fantastic but with her husband it's  terrible.  I love her, but I don't think she loves me.

If you can't stand for something you'll fall for anything.

I too am tired...

Since his retirement, my husband neglects me and our 4 children by playing Destiny for 15 hours a day (no exaggerating).  This has been going on since 2014.  I will throw a fit and he will get better for a few days, but he always goes back. I am on the verge of leaving him. I hope your girl can quit, but from my experience, anything over 40 hours a week is a severe addiction and she will have make the choice to stop.
