I need some advice

Hello. I just had a short relapse , after almost 5 days of not gaming and I have no idea what to do next. I have lots of essays and school work in front of the PC and I'm afraid I may relapse again. I'm sick of reinstalling the game, playing for a while, having that kind of disgust in my heart and then deleting everything. Am I going to run in this circle forever?

I would recommend going to a

I would recommend going to a face-to-face meeting (example narcotics anonymous) and start working Step 1 with a sponsor. It was only then I managed to be free of gaming for any substantial time. Before that I was relapsing into gaming every few days pretty much.

Also, if you wish to talk to someone, i have skype. I'll send it to you via PM

Good luck

I also recommend meetings

I also recommend meetings, online meetings as listed here,

finding a sponsor who understands gaming addiction, and taking the suggestions of your sponsor and the other people at the meetings.  It's find to just listen, or to ask a question, at a meeting.

I have found NA meetings helpful and I have a sponsor who's primary support is NA.  It's worth checking out.

No, you won't run in this

No, you won't run in this circle forever. The circle will get wider and wider until one day, there isn't a circle anymore. It never gets effortless, but it does get much, much easier. Lean on your support system—friends, family, people in NA or OLGA, your sponsor. They've got your back. They won't let you slide away!
