Hi all- I'm new to this website and very happy to have discovered it. I am the mother of a 16 year old addicted gamer. He is very bright, but has wasted the last 2 years of high school doing very little work and never leaving the house (much less his room) at all on weekends becuase he is always gaming. He was recently diagnosed with ADD. HE has a lovely therapist who is working with him on general issues, but I think I also need to seek out the prefessional help of an addiction specialist. I live in NYC -- can anyone recommend a therapist here ?
