As I've been going to face-to-face meetings, I've noticed that each group has their own literature, which stems from the addiction and recovery experiences of the members. I has occurred to me that it would be good for OLGA to have our own literature. Some work has begun on this.
What I'm wanting to do is create some short "daily reflections" pieces based on the experiences of recovering gaming addicts. What I've done is taken a chat meeting topic and written a reflection inspired by some of the commonalities in the shares at the meeting. The idea is that it's really about us and our experiences, not translated from AA or NA or another fellowship. That literature is good, but I'd like to have some that's specficially for us (and from us). There are no specifics or direct quotes; just a general sense of what this topic means for recovering gamers.
I've written a couple of these so far and I'll post them. Please put comments on the overall idea here, and comments on the specific reflections on those threads. Thanks for your feedback.
