I found this fascinating. By simply changing the way we think about stress, we change the way we handle stress - not just mentally, but in our very arteries.
And again and again and again, I keep getting pointed to our very real need for connection with others. It's in compassionate caring for ourselves and others that we find healthy life. Duh! lol
