Thanks Andrew, nicely

Thanks Andrew, nicely summarizes the dangers of excessive use of technology.

"The brightest future will always be based on a forgotten past. You can't go on well in life until you let go of your past failures and heartaches." "The first step toward change is acceptance." "Once you accept yourself, you open the door to change. That's all you have to do." "Change is not something you do, it's something you allow."- Will Garcia

  Thank you Andrew

Thank you Andrew very insightful! My abuse with technology in general is something I am also working on in recovery. Amazingly enough my wife just seeing me not on my phone or computer all night has started to look at her own usage. It really helped to hear your explanation of why it becomes addictive when I gamed I was also on a social media app we all communicated on and it was exactly as you explained I would get a rush when something I posted got likes. Moderation is possible for me with social media like face book unlike gaming but it is a slippery sloop I know I need to me mindful of.

Thanks for sharing! Your experiences validate what I hypothesize in my research.
